Teijin Holding USA Inc. (THUS) was set up in 1999 as the Teijin Group's holding company in the USA. Teijin Holding is the shareholder of five Teijin companies in the USA, Brazil and Mexico. THUS coordinates the firms in Teijin's US group by taking charge of overall human resources, legal and financial responsibilities.

Teijin Holding Netherlands B.V.
Teijin Holding Netherlands B.V. (THNL) is the legal owner of the Teijin companies in Europe. Its main function is to act as coordinator between the holding company Teijin Ltd., Teijin Holding, and the various subsidiaries. It takes care of overall group responsibilities in areas such as finance, human resources and legal matters. One of its core activities is investor and public relations.
